"Why is everyone claiming Aizen broke out of prison?"

That said, it wouldn't surprise me. There has to be someone to deal with after Ginjo. Like Cell after Frieza, or Sensui after Toguro.

Kaien was only seen in one chapter-long flashback scene, Tousen was an idiot that nobody really cared about, and all of the Espada except Ulquiorra and Grimmjow were basically around for one fight before they got KO'd, though Gin was a fairly important character. Kubo killing off Aizen WOULD be a surprise, because he'd be the first ever character that actually played a big part in more than two arcs to die.

Wow, let's dissect that huge wall of bias:

Kaien was only seen in one chapter-long flashback scene,

Kaien came up several times in the Soul Society & Arrancar Arc. He was important to the backgrounds of Ganju, Kukaku, & Rukia, as well as the characterization of Ukitake. He may or may not have been foreshadowing for Aizen. In the Arrancar Arc, he gave Aaroniero a huge advantage over Rukia, who would have utterly destroyed him if he didn't have Kaien's memories & abilities. Had Rukia won so easily, the order of events in the Arrancar Arc may have been significantly different.

You don't have to be in the present timeline to be an important character.

Tousen was an idiot that nobody really cared about,

That's hardly even worth a rebuttal, because it's not even a rebuttal itself. Tosen has several fans, initially he was the only villain with a motive more complicated than For The Evulz. He was the center of a major long-running sub conflict with Komamura & Hisagi. He was relatively complex to the end, seeing as he wasn't defeated by them simply having Stronger Kung-Fu.

You not liking a character doesn't mean they aren't important.

and all of the Espada except Ulquiorra and Grimmjow were basically around for one fight before they got KO'd,

And yet they all proved challenging enough to give the Gotei an actual difficulty to resolve, something that hasn't been repeated to date. If they hadn't beaten the frontlines, Yamamoto wouldn't have had to send half of the Captains in. If it weren't for Barragan and Starrk, to a lesser extent, the Visoreds probably wouldn't have been needed. Even Yammy served to keep everyone from coming in & roflstomping Aizen from behind.

Though I was mostly talking about the 4-&-ups, you don't have to be a long-running character to be important.

though Gin was a fairly important character.

Gin was a completely unimportant character. All he was there for is to make you think he was the Big Bad. He didn't even do anything during the Arrancar Arc. His Big Reveal was actually a Big Asspull that didn't even do anything.

I can make characters look bad too.

Kubo killing off Aizen WOULD be a surprise, because he'd be the first ever character that actually played a big part in more than two arcs to die.

As we can see, this is demonstratively false. Besides, there have doubtless been people who've tried to portray Aizen himself as a filler villain based on red herrings like "he didn't kill any good guys" or "he lost." Kind of like what you just did.

A filler villain is a "villain who has no lasting effect on the plot." Aizen resolved the Soul Society Arc conflict, reshaped the Gotei, & essentially created the main character. Filler Villain he ain't.

That's rather like the half of the Narutards who tried to argue that Pain wasn't one because "he had a motive." That's great & all, but that's not what defines a Filler Villain, & neither is whether or not he's the only villain.

Neo Bahamut wrote:While censorship isn't really messing up the scene in the majority of cases, it happens often enough to be annoying. Grimmjow, for instance, gets a boatload of undeserved praise because "He wasn't even hurt by that Getsuga Tensho!" Of course, this doesn't make sense, because he has a scar in the very next scene he appears in. Why is that? Because, in the manga, it actually fucked him up pretty bad.
You forgot when Grimmjow broke off Loli's leg and when Szayel ate one of his minions. I also recall the other gatekeepers appeared and fought Jidanbou at the Sōkyoku Hill in the manga but it didn't happen in the anime.

None of that really does anything to the plot, though. I agree it'd be better uncensored, but it isn't that big of a deal. I still prefer the anime.

What Loki said, basically. Many scenes (which I didn't "forget," but it'd be a loooooong post to list all acts of censorship) are not greatly changed by the censorship. The same basic thing happens.

Then there's a lot of really weird acts of censorship that are neutral, but make no real sense. For instance, Grand Fisher gets cut in half in both the anime and manga, but in the manga, he's cut vertically, while in the anime, he's cut horizontally. As if that makes his death any less gorey.

And I still prefer the manga. It seems like the anime drags things on too long, has pretty awful dubs and not-too-good subs, fillers (which you can't skip if you're caught up with the anime), and once again, much better artwork. More detail, at least. Some characters look very different, too.

Example:

Rukia in the Anime:
Rukia in the Manga:

^Much better looking, IMO.

Ulquiorra & Orihime in the Anime:
Ulquiorra & Orihime in the Manga:

^Much more emotion is shown here.

Re: TERROR

Okay, that is not a fair assessment. That's just taking 2 random pictures of an item & saying they're indicative of the work as a whole, when in reality they vary based on factors such as how much budget the animators' have and whether or not Kubo is doing a color page. Also, haven't you heard ANY of the memes associated with Bleach's artwork? "Kubo forgot Aizen's face"? "Backgrounds in my Bleach"?

You have a point with the voices. It can't really be helped. It's a long-running series with a lot of characters. It has to take on a lot of new actors & have current actors get used to playing different roles. It's not going to be a situation where they can match every character up with just the right voice.

But then you lost me again. The anime condenses several chapters into a single episode. How is that "dragging on more"? And you can skip fillers no matter what. If you're caught up & you don't want to watch the filler arc, then just don't watch it. Granted, the episodes could be more conveniently labelled, but that's not exactly a flaw that the manga doesn't suffer from. Do you know how much of a pain it is to find that one or two chapters where Grand Fisher came back as an Arrancar, or where Hitsugaya explains the Menos Classes?

As far as the original non-dubbed anime goes Ginjo is getting a Seiyu that hasn't voiced anyone in the anime yet so...

has pretty awful dubs

I disagree. I actually think (for the main characters anyway) the English voice acting is pretty good, really. I only torrent the dubbed 'seasons' because I get sick of reading subtitles and listening to people I don't understand gabbering to each other.
I will admit, however, that Aizen sounds a lot more badass in the sub.

And about the pictures... That's Rukia in the first series when the animation as a whole was not that great.
With the Ulquihime moment, all that changed was her crying, which doesn't really matter.
