Alright, so if I change the Overdrive to attack all enemies within 15 meters would it be better to you? Should I up the percentage too?

Phantom Whirlwind - Ark's body glows red and he stabs a dagger into the ground. A clone of himself made of red energy springs up from underneath the enemy, spinning around slashing with its daggers at high speed like a whirlwind of blades.

Confuse would be handier. I fear Confuse more than I fear Death. It makes you attack allies & you're typically much stronger than monsters, waste spells and items, possibly on enemies, and just generally act like an asshole. And how do you cure anyone if the entire party is confused? Answer: You don't.

Monsters really don't heal eachother. In fact, the only thing confuse really helps with is stopping a boss from doing that one "fucking rape your entire party" move, but odds are he is immune to confuse anyway.

Well, it will in this RP. Some games handle certain status ailments better than others. In BBS & FFT, confuse wrecks everyone's shit. FFT literally has you move to a random panel & execute a random action, including waiting.
